 On Friday the 17th at 5:00pm, come check out the 11 proposed building plans for a NEW ACTON ACADEMY Twin Falls.
Acton students have played the role of architects in designing ideal school buildings. Challenges have taken the students through the process of: research, design (drafting/sketching), and construction (model building). They’ve learned about architecture as a calling, scaling and applied mathematics, precision and attention to detail, and working within creative constraints.
It is amazing to see their creativity come to life and the pride they’ve taken in designing a new school building for their Acton community.
Top off the night with an edible architectural challenge given to all guests. GOOD LUCK participating in this fun building activity that will test your building skills. We’d suggest teaming up with one of these architecture students!
